At 45, I did something most people my age wouldn't dare — I walked onto a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mat for the first time.
It humbled me fast.
Guys my same age and older were moving around like they were 25 and my body was locked up like a rusty gate. My hips were locked. My shoulders were a disaster. Decades of tightness I never knew existed.
So I got obsessed not only with BJJ. With mobility. With stretching. With unlocking every inch of range of motion, my body had been hiding.
The results were game changing. I moved better. Recovered faster. Felt better at 49 than I did at 35.
That's when Stretch Addict was born.
